• You handle the recruiting process and take care of applicant management

• You contribute creative ideas for the implementation of personnel marketing activities and employer branding measures

• You support the HR team in administrative and operational HR work on topics related to employee support (onboarding to offboarding)

• You work on exciting projects and support the further development and optimisation of HR processes

You don't have to have any previous technical knowledge for a working student job with us - we'll teach you everything you need to know very quickly! We are a dynamic team that works on interesting and diverse tasks. You won't be fetching coffee or copying contracts; you'll be a fully-fledged member of our team from day one. • Current studies in an economic field, for example in the areas of business psychology, economics (BWL, VWL, Business Administration), human resources management or a similar course of study with a focus on human resources

• Structured and independent work

• Open and self-confident appearance

• Confident knowledge of German and English

You can not only work for us as a student trainee (m/f/d), but also complete a practical semester or write your Bachelor's or Master's thesis. And if everything fits, there's nothing to stop you being taken on after graduation!
