What is Trello?

Trello provides a visual way for teams to collaborate on all projects. From a single Trello board, an entire overview of the status of the project is created. Priorities can be set and attachments can be loaded into the respective boards. The following illustration shows an example of the outdated analogue method, where both valuable time is lost and there is wasteful use of paper and ink.
Trello interface
It is possible for everyone working on the project to view the status of tasks. Another feature is that no e-mails need to be sent within the project, which facilitates the communication channel. In addition, deadlines are no longer missed due to the easily adjustable appointments and calendar views. These features ensure seamless collaboration for Trello users. Communication happens where the work happens.  Another advantage of Trello is that employees are offered real-time viewing of data. This means that all users are always up to date. Trello is a web-based app that works in any browser. It can also be used on mobile devices (also offline).

Link Jira Software and Trello

Trello allows project activities to be communicated conveniently without increased effort. By linking Jira software and Trello, you can keep your entire team or, if you wish, your customers up to date on, for example, software development. You can track the status of issues across your organisation. Create new Jira issues or link existing Jira issues to Trello boards. If you are still using analogue Kanban boards, contact us. We will help you with the right integration of Trello in your company. We are happy to assist you with comprehensive knowledge and many years of experience when it comes to setting up and operating a Trello board.
