Advice and support on all labour law issues
Taking over the entire employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
Preparation of personnel-related documents (employment contracts, certificates, references, etc.)
Evaluation and coordination of all further development measures
Further development and optimisation of HR processes/projects
Completed studies with a focus on human resources or comparable training
Initial professional experience in various areas of HR work
Knowledge of German labour law
Interest in a wide range of HR topics and a passion for HR work
Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with conflict and a high degree of empathy
Persuasiveness, negotiation skills and self-confident appearance
Independent, meticulous and structured way of working as well as very good time management skills
Very good written and spoken German and English skill
