What is the difference between Jira Server and Jira Cloud?

What is the difference between Jira Server and Jira Cloud?
Within the server version, i.e. hosting takes place either on the company's own servers or on external servers, there are more extensive configuration options, which at the same time also entails greater responsibility. The user is responsible for the independent maintenance, configuration and implementation of the instance if he does not seek support from an Atlassian partner. The Jira Cloud Version has one big advantage: Pricing! Since there are no costs for server maintenance or installation fees within the cloud version, the price-performance ratio is excellent. It’s even for small businesses affordable because there is a free version available for a limited user group of 10 people. Another difference is that you can start using Jira within minutes. The only thing you need to do is log in to your Atlassian account and connect or invite your team to collaborate.
