Your tasks

  • Collaboration in a dynamic and friendly team of consultants
  • Design, development, maintenance, support and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Trello)
  • Consulting and support of different company sizes for the implementation and introduction of new processes
  • Development of specifications and process solution descriptions for our customers
  • Design and development of Java plugins for the products Jira and Confluence (desirable)
  • Active participation in the technological orientation and strategic further development at customers as well as in the transfer of knowledge within the company
  • Planning and implementation of training courses and workshops
  • Project coordination with customers and developers
  • Effort estimation and budget preparation as well as support of the sales department in the course of the bidding phase

 

 

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of business informatics or a comparable course of studies
  • Minimum 1- year experience as an Atlassian / Jira ITSM consultant
  • Enjoyment of process modeling and optimization
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products as well as agile development methods (e.g. Scrum) are desirable
  • Ability to work in a team and communication are among your strengths, as you act as a link between technical and non-technical contacts
  • You are able to work independently and have good organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and to be on call
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Jira, Confluence and ITIL certifications are desirable
  • Java experience as well as Linux and Windows server administration skills are desirable
